The Enterprise VMWare plugin now supports the HotAdd transport mode

The Bacula Enterprise VMWare plugin now supports the HotAdd Transport mode for VMware. In HotAdd mode, virtual disks from the VM being backed up are mounted to the proxy where the FD is running, so those disks can be accessed by the proxy as local disks. If SAN mode is not available, HotAdd mode can achieve better performance than NDB and is closer to SAN mode performance.
